Ron Gauld, Partner BA (Accounting), Macquarie University, CA.
Speciality: Taxation.
Ron has 40 years experience in the professional accountancy industry, including six with Arthur Young (a predecessor firm of Ernst & Young).
As well as being a regular presenter of papers to professional and industry groups, he is an active participant in and past Chairman of an Institute of Chartered Accountants Taxation Discussion Group and of a Taxation Institute of Australia – NSW Branch sub-committee presenting a core education program to members.
Ron has been Honorary Treasurer or Auditor with a number of associations including Wakehurst Touring Canoeist, East Chatswood Kindergarten Union Pre School, Gordon Hockey Club and the Rotary Club of Willoughby Sunrise.
Rob Tulloch, Partner

Speciality: Assurance services, business management and valuations.
Rob has been a professional accountant for over 35 years, including three years with Duesburys.
He was a member of the Law Society of New South Wales Trust Account Committee for four years, was heavily involved in the Institute of Chartered Accountant's Professional Year program for many years both as module leader and examination marker and was a lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney for four years.
Rob is particularly interested in the community and not-for-profit space. He was a founding director and Treasurer for 6 years of the OzHarvest food charity. He is currently a director and treasurer of a national environmental charity, is and a past president of an alumni association and is the captain of a volunteer bush fir brigade.
Nino Bove, Partner

Speciality: Compliance.
Nino has 35 years experience in the professional accountancy industry, six of these with Duesburys.
His particular focus is ensuring that Gauld Tulloch Bove clients enjoy stress-free compliance.
Nino has been involved with a number of charitable organisations, particularly in the area of assisting the handicapped. He is also on the management board of Marist Schools.
Arthur James Johnson, Chairman
BEc, University of Sydney,
Arthur has been in the finance industry for over 55 years, as a stock and share broker, financial adviser, public company director and an Associate of the Australian Society of Accountants.
Arthur is also a former Honorary Chairman of the St Andrew's College Foundation, a former Vice Captain of the Australian Golf Club, a committee member of the Sydney University Rugby Club and was Secretary/Treasurer of his local tennis club.

Gauld Tulloch Bove is especially proud of our staff and their attitude to their work. Several have been with the firm for many years and so share the principals' long-term knowledge of clients' businesses.
To maintain high levels of professional expertise, the firm conducts regular and extensive in-house training. Our staff also attends professional development programs run by the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Society of Accountants, the Taxation Institute of Australia and other commercial training enterprises.
